Q1. Pump does not start.

A:Cause 1: No power supply. Remedy:Connect the electricity supply.

A:Cause 1: 3-phase motor runs in wrong rotation. Remedy:Switch any of the 2 wires from motor

terminal to correct rotation.

A:Cause 2: Poor water supply. Remedy:check if water supply is adequate and if the suction pipe is

blocked.

TQC Series

Q1. Pump not start.

A:Cause 1: No power. Remedy:Connect to power.

A:Cause 2: Voltage too high/too low. Remedy:Check if supply voltage is within ± 10%.

A:Cause 3: Inlet pressure too low. Remedy:Check the water source at the water inlet.

A:Cause 4: Insufficient water supply. Remedy:Check the water source and inlet piping for blockage.

A:Cause 5: Pump block/stuck. Remedy:Use screwdriver to turn the end of the motor axis in

clockwise direction,to confirm rotation. Notify maintenance person to repair.

A:Cause 6: Incorrect installation,water source lower than pump inlet and discharge. Remedy:Install

again, the water source shall be higher than the pump for at least 0.5 m.

Q2. Pump stop during operation.

A:Cause 1: Water temperature too high. Remedy:When the water temperature lowered,the pump

will start automatically.Or supply cold water to lower pump temperature.

A:Cause 2: Pump block/stuck. Remedy:Use screwdriver to turn the end of the motor axis in

clockwise direction,to confirm rotation.Notify maintenance person to repair.

A:Cause 3: Motor overload. Remedy:Cut off power and re-supply power, if could not be

started,notify maintenance for repair.

A:Cause 4: Insufficient water supply. Remedy:Check the water source and inlet piping for blockage.

A:Cause 1: Water leak. Remedy:Check if the faucets are tightened,or there are leaks in the piping

system.

PW Series

Q1. Can PW series use abrasive or impurity liquid?

A:PW100A,PW250A,PW400A series are only suitable for clean and none abrasive water,

PW100AR is for fish breading which can pump sea water.

Q2. Will PW series be damaged when the pump is operating without liquid?

A:PW Series use water as the cooling system, therefore when pump is running without water will

cause motor burnt, and damage the shaft.

Q3. Pump does not turn on.

A:Cause 1: Circuit breaker is not connected. Remedy:Connect it.

A:Cause 2: Pump not plug in. Remedy:Plug in pump.

A:Cause 3: Broken cable. Remedy:Replace it.

A:Cause 4: No power supply. Remedy:Turn on the power souce.

A:Cause 5: Defective motor. Remedy:Repair or replace it.

A:Cause 6: Impeller colgged. Remedy:Clean it and make sure it turns freely after cleaning.

Q4. Pump stop suddenly or slow down.

A:Cause 1: Impeller is clogged. Remedy:Clean it.

A:Cause 2: Circuit breaker trip. Remedy:Reconnect circuit breaker.

A:Cause 3: Motor failure. Remedy:Repair or replace it.

Q5. Pump runs normally, but does not deliver rated capacity.

A:Cause 1: Water level too low. Remedy:Stop the pump and unplug.

A:Cause 2: Impeller clogged. Remedy:Clean or replace it.

A:Cause 3: Discharge pipe runs too long. Remedy:Correct it in reference to rating table.

A:Cause 4: Strainer blocked. Remedy:Clean it.

TP8-PT Series

Q1. MOTOR FAILS TO START OR RESTART AFTER A SHORT-TERM RUNNING

A:Cause:The overheating protector is mounted directly on the motor windings. It will stop the motor

automatically when the motor temperature is up to abnormal, and restart the motor after the

temperature back to normal in 20 minutes. Remedy: a. Check the electrical power source, fuse,and

circuit breaker. b. Check if pump is locked by rust or foreign objects. c. Check if the ventilation of the

location is bad for causing the overheating of motor.

Q2. PUMP CYCLES FREQUENTLY WHILE ALL THE FAUCETS AND VALVES ARE CLOSED

A:Remedy:a. Check and fix the leakage in discharge piping, faucets, and valves.

Q3. PRESSURE SWITCH FAILS TO FUNCTION.

A:Cause: The pump's pressure switch has been set accurately. Please do not try to adjust except by

qualified personnel.Remedy:a. If the motor does not start after any of the faucets or valves are

opened, adjust the pressure setting screw to the "+" direction (counterclock- wise) until the motor

starts. b.If the motor fails to stop after all the faucets and valves are closed, adjuts the

pressure setting screw to the "-" direction (clockwise) until the motor stops. c. Repeat step

(a) and (b) until the pump work normally.

TP3-PT Series

Q1. MOTOR FAILS TO START OR RESTART AFTER A SHORT-TERM RUNNING

A:Cause:The overheating protector is mounted directly on the motor windings. It will stop the motor

Q2. When charge pump with electricity and the pump revolve normally but you find no water

supply,please check it as followings.Remedy: a. The pump casing should be full of water,if

shortage,please open the red water plug and pour into water anew till quite brimming.

b. If water is leaking out from the pipe please install again there's a blockade in the drain-pipe,

please clean it out.

If you can't get rid of the bug,please call to sales agent or the distributive service station.

TH Series

Q1. Can TH series use abrasive or impurity liquid?

A:TH Series is suitable for none abrasive clean water, best apply to high pressure washing/cleaning

or spraying.Impurity and Abrasive liquid can damage the filter.

Q2. Will TH series be damaged when the pump is operating without liquid

A:TH Series operated with low water volume will cause low pressure, hose shaking.

Q3. Motor fails to start

A:Cause 1: No electricity supply. Remedy:Check power source.

A:Cause 3: Incorrect discharge pressure setting. Remedy:Examine the pressure setting.

A:Cause 4: Worn or broken parts (cam shaft,piston,bushes,seal etc.). Remedy:Repair or replace.

Q5. Insufficient discharge pressure

A:Cause 1: Leakage in discharge check valve.(caused by rust or foreign objects). Remedy:Clean or

repair the check valve.

A:Cause 2: Incorrect discharge pressure setting. Remedy:Re-setting the discharge pressure.

A:Cause 3: Worn parts (cam shaft,piston,bushes,seal etc.). Remedy:Repair or replace.

Q6. Variant discharge pressure

A:Cause 1: Leakage in suction hose or air in the water. Remedy:Check the leakage or re-place the

suction hose.

A:Cause 2: Worn parts (cam shaft,piston,bushes,seal,pressure setting spring,check valve,et.).

Remedy:Re-setting the discharge pressure.

A:Cause 3: Defective or blocked spray gun. Remedy:Replace or clean the gun.

on, if not, the silver contact may go oxidized and cleaning would become necessary.

water is cooled, the operation would be resumed automatically.

A:Cause 6: If the operation fails to go on, call service.

Q2. When the motor keeps running when with the water supply cut

A:Cause 1: Check if the faucet is tightened and whether the toilet and piping is leaking.

A:Cause 2: Open the check valve to check for sticking or leakage.

A:Cause 3: Low power supply.

Q3. SF display: No operation. The safety terminal is OFF.

A:Cause 1: Check the wiring protection for interruption.

A:Cause 2: If no SF terminal is in use, be sure to have the SF terminal be connected with COM
